The Associate Product Manager bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams across SITC’s digital product portfolio. The role engages with government and non-technical stakeholders to gather, document and translate requirements into clear specifications, process flows and wireframes that enable accurate and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with government departments and non-technical stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into requirements documents, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Balsamiq, Miro or similar to communicate proposed solutions.
  • Bridge stakeholder expectations and technical delivery, ensuring a shared and accurate understanding of scope.
  • Challenge vague or conflicting requirements and drive alignment through structured facilitation.
  • Surface risks, blockers, scope changes and dependencies to Senior Product Managers before they escalate.
  • Support the product backlog with prioritized, actionable, development-ready requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA and product teams to support user acceptance testing.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams alike.
  • Skilled in requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping and structured documentation.
  • Ability to wireframe or prototype to a standard sufficient for alignment and development handoff.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and agile delivery practices.
  • Good communication in English and Urdu; familiarity with public-sector environments an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Business Administration with a technology focus from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an Associate Product Manager, product or related role, with hands-on requirement gathering, process mapping and stakeholder interviews. Public-sector digital transformation experience is a strong advantage.
