The Product Manager owns the product roadmap and delivery for the expanding citizen-services portfolio, aligning delivery to government priorities and improving citizen experience and organizational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap for the assigned citizen-services portfolio, aligned to government priorities and organizational strategy.
  • Translate strategic priorities into a prioritized backlog and clear delivery plans for engineering teams.
  • Partner with government stakeholders, Business Analysts / Associate Product Managers and engineering to ensure requirements are accurately scoped and delivered.
  • Own product performance, quality and adoption outcomes, using data and stakeholder feedback to guide iteration.
  • Manage trade-offs across scope, timeline and resourcing, escalating risks and blockers with clear recommendations.
  • Coordinate release planning, go-to-market readiness and post-launch monitoring across products.
  • Mentor and provide direction to Associate Product Managers / Business Analysts supporting the portfolio.
  • Report on portfolio status, risks and delivery milestones to the Chief Product Officer and senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience owning a product roadmap and driving delivery in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance government stakeholder needs against technical constraints.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, agile delivery and release management practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior government counterparts.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior product staff is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning roadmap and delivery for digital products or platforms; public-sector or citizen-services experience is a strong advantage.
