The Senior Key Account & Commercial Manager is a senior, revenue-owning role within the Office of the CEO.
The role owns SITC’s commercial relationship with the Government of Sindh; growing revenue across departments, expanding
scope and utilization, and negotiating and structuring the commercial terms under which SITC’s products and services are
delivered. It is the single point of accountability for how much departments are billed, how quickly SITC gets paid, and how
commercial commitments are documented and honored.
While the Product Manager (PM) focuses on what the product does and how it is built, this role focuses on the commercial
and relationship side of the business: managing a portfolio of government department accounts the way a senior key account
or territory leader manages a portfolio of outlets, dealers or alliance partners; driving revenue growth, structuring new
engagements, resolving stakeholder issues, and protecting SITC’s commercial interests. It calls for someone who has
already owned a large, multi-stakeholder commercial portfolio and can bring that same discipline; territory and account
management, partner negotiation, regulatory engagement, and structured agreement drafting; to Government of Sindh
departments.
Education: Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Administration/Public Policy, Law (LLB)/Legal Studies, Communications, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 10-12+ years of progressive experience owning a large commercial portfolio; key accounts, territory management, business development, or dealer/alliance networks; with a demonstrated record of revenue growth, contract/agreement drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including direct engagement with regulatory bodies, government authorities or institutional stakeholders. Experience working with provincial/federal departments, public-sector entities, or regulated institutional clients is an advantage, but proven commercial ownership of a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment is the primary requirement.
